Cut It Out!

In yesterday's Sunday Tots to Teens (29 August 2004) I've written about A. S. Byatt's Possession: A Romance in terms of it being:

1. a book that I think teens will enjoy (espcially teenage girls)

and

2. a big, fat book that one should have no qualms practising do-it-yourself-abridging on.

I really do believe that it's a shame to miss out on a good book just because you feel bad about skipping the less, erm, interesting bits.
